A New Way to Be Mad

This article is similar to the one we read in class, it details how some people feel their limbs don’t belong to them. I have mixed feelings on how doctors should proceed. On one hand I feel as though if a person is willing to pay a doctor to amputate their limb then they should be allowed to and maybe it can be donated to someone who needs it like an injured vet. But on the other hand I feel as though medication and therapy should be used. I think people who feel this way should really try to give therapy more time and different medication combinations. I do feel that people are getting hurt getting the surgery performed aboard and maybe it the surgery was domestic less people would die.
